We will always attempt to gain access to your property without causing any damage to any doors or locks. In a minority of cases it may be necessary to use a method which damages the lock and makes it unusable. We will only do this for an ‘unpickable’ high security locks where speed of entry is of the essence and will ensure that a suitable replacement lock is available to be fitted.

We will always agree the cost before we come out to you and no matter how complex or how long it takes, this price you were quoted is fixed – there will be no ‘chin-scratching’ and ‘we’re going to have to charge a bit more for this…’.
