A huge huge thank you to amazing nick who came to our rescue when our 80year old dad went to bed and left the keys in back of door carers could get in so he came to the rescue within a 5 minute phone call least dad is ok just fast asleep inbed bed at 1.30pm in the afternoon giving us the fright of our lives

Came within 30 mins of me calling. Neil was fast and efficient in changing the locks and went though all my options clearly. Would highly recommend.

I asked Nick to fix a tilt and turn window which was stuck shut, other companies had previously had a look and said it wouldn’t be possible. Nick was very punctual, polite and did a great job fixing the window and serviced the opposite one at the same time. All in all, great service at a good price, will happily use again!

I was dreading having to find and deal with a lock smith, it’s pretty daunting and a worry about the cost. Nick as really helpful and got it sorted on no time at all. Fantastic service and excellent value for money. Would certainly recommend.

We just moved into a house and 1st job - always change the locks. Always anxious to get reliable and honest people in, I look around. I found Nick (Dr Lock), on "What's on in Ramsbottom", read feedback and thought he sounded just the guy. I rang, described the job, he explained the types of locks, prices and was brilliant squeezing our job in, even though he was rushed off his feet. He turned up, measured the locks, carrying every size in his van, came back and before I knew it, both front and rear doors had new locks, no mess, no fuss, just a perfect job (very reasonable too!), and thoroughly lovely guy. He said if I needed anything putting right he'd be back plus if we needed any other tradesmen he knew quite a few and he could help out there too - I've never felt so "helped" and wrapped in a comfort blanket. I totally recommend Nick - Dr Lock, he's absolutely brilliant, with a big smile, he's so much experience you don't need to go anywhere else, being made to feel secure is priceless. Thank you for that alone Nick, you're a diamond, we'll definitely be using you again and recommending you to everyone we know! I never thought I'd get excited about new locks!!
