Hi, my name is Nick, also known as Dr. Lock. 

So what’s with the Dr. Lock? Well, when I first started out in locksmithing I experienced first hand the panic, the worry and the real sense of urgency that’s experienced by people who have been locked out of their home. In some instances it can be a terrifying experience.

And what I learned very quickly was that when someone needs access to their home or business, they need it FAST and they need it NOW! It reminded me of how much we need our emergency services when we call 999. 

So, my family business was established and built on the same values of our wonderful NHS services. A fast, efficient and friendly service that always puts the patient first.

And so Dr. Lock was born!
